Brian buys large stock of kleenex for Justin

Hello,
Searching for a story, I remember the company that Justin buys kleenex from goes out of bussines and he is forced to use other brands which make his nose red all the time because of his allergies. Brian locates company and buys their last stock and store it in the barn at Britain. I've been searching and unable to find.
