Practically every B/J fic has Justin giving Brian the best blow job ever given lol :) Hand jobs are actually way less common, so that will probably be easier for people to think of specific fics.

You might try Archive of our Own? Authors put all kinds of tags on their fics there, sometimes a tag for every kind of sexual act that takes place within, so you could look for Brian/Justin fics tagged with "hand job."
