Post S2 Justin has trouble paying for his medication

Hey! I am looking for a fic that I'm pretty sure it was unfinished where Justin moves into his own apartment after season 2 and is not with either Brian or Ethan. He doesn't have any health insurance and can't pay for all his medication despite having multiple jobs. He goes through a bit of withdrawal.

Sound familiar to anyone?
