Deaf!Justin is single father&lives w/his mother,meets Brian

I read a B/J fic some time ago where Justin was a single father and lived with his mom,he was deaf as well. He meets Brian and they fall for each other with Brian helping Justin with his baby. The baby's mother comes back to town to try and gain custody of her ( I think it was a boy) son from Justin. Brian learns sign language while Justin has some sort of procedure done to help him hear again. Sound familiar? :(
