I am going crazy looking for these stories! Uuuugh lol, my luck it could be several mixed together in my head!

1) Justin is a self defense / martial arts instructor and owns Brian's bldg. I believe justin is extremely wealthy too. I've read this story but cannot find it . Have gone thru J is wealthy ; different professions and still can't locate. I believe the dojang  is on the first floor of Brian's bldg.

2) Justin is wealthy and buys brian a sports car. Brian sees it from the window of his loft. He likes the car but doesn't accept it. I know this is vague, sorry, but I think justin surprises brian with his wealth ( he reveals who is grandfather is, and that he is actually extremely wealthy. Brian freaks a little. ---- sorry from another story  in recs)

No in Saturn's he knows martial arts and owns a house. In the story I recall he owns Brian's bldg and teaches martial arts. Thank you tho! And it is not the one where he leaves the Pitts, becomes the caretaker of a monk, then returns owning a house.

the 1st one is a Moonshadow Woman fic - there are a bunch of them where Justin is involved in martial arts.

I am pretty sure neither is a moonshadow story. Her summaries aren't the best so I tried reading the beginning of them. None seem to be either of the two I am looking for. Thanks tho.

Just an addendum. You were right, the first one was a moonshadow fic. Thank you so much. I had tried to read the beginning of them but the part I remembered was a couple chapters in. It was days of wine and roses! Thanks again.

I'd bet money -- if I weren't a starving artist (unlike the wealthy Justin) -- that #1 is Moonshadow Woman's 'Days of Wine and Roses'.

As with most of her fics, it's one of my favorites and has been re-read countless times. :-)

I think the second one could be 'The angel and Mr Kinney' by saroco61 http://www.midnightwhispers.ca/viewstory.php?sid=1202 It's been a while since I last read it, I don't remember a car, actually, but Justin is very rich, has a wealthy grandfather, and Brian freaks out when he hears about that.

Tho loved this story it isn't #2. I also remember justin taking Brian to the building /business his grandfather owns. Brian was angry because he thought he played for a fool ( something like that ). I may be mixing up two stories tho. But i remember the car.

Hm, strange, because in 'The angel and Mr Kinney' Justin does take Brian to his/his grandfather's building and Brian does think that he has been played. The only element that is missing is the car, so maybe it's really from another story? Or from the sequel to this one - I haven't read it yet.

There is another story where Justin buys Brian a car. It's the story where Justin with multiple personalities. Is that the one? Justin lives with his grandfather and is extremely wealthy.

That's the one where Cynthia is Justin's brother or cousin I think. No, unfortunately that is not the one. Justin is pretty strong and people really do not manipulate him.

The grandfather's company is actually from a different story "the angel and Mr. Kinney" but justin buying him a car is still the story I can not recall. I am going nuts trying to remember hahaha. Thanks all who are helping tho!

The second fic, could it be the one where Justin has a yellow sports car? I think he has a clothing store with Daphne for fun. He's rich and takes Brian to meet his parents at the country club. He buys Brian a new car as a gift.

Unfortunately that is not it. I just read that story recently. I think that is why I thought of #2. I know the story exists and was AU.
In the story you are referring the car was bought as a job perk not a direct gift from Justin.
