Brian rescues Justin from being harassed at Babylon

Hi, I'm looking for a story I read a while ago. I don't remember much, but I remember a scene where Justin and Daphne are at Babylon and some guy harasses Justin (leaves him with bruised arm?). Brian comes to Justin's rescue and the guy is banned from Babylon. Brian wants to take Justin somewhere, but Justin says “What about Daphne?” so Brian tells
Emmet something like “Do you see the girl at the bar? Go keep her company” and then he takes Justin upstairs to his office where he tries to calm him down or something. My other memories are unfortunately pretty vague so I hope this will be enough.

Also are there any other fics where brian rescues Justin from being harassed at Babylon and that's how they get to know each other (or each other better)?

Man, I distinctly remember Brian saying that to Em about Daphne, and I feel like I read it recently, but I can't think what it was. The surest tag to look under is "protective brian," but there's 195 posts under it.

But there are definitely a lot of fics where Brian is protective or rescues Justin at Babylon. First one I thought of was the first in crazyfairy's Sunshine series, Subdued Sunshine (http://www.angelfire.com/folk/defensivewalls/subduedsunshine.html).
