1) Are there any fics where brian and justin are both in highschool but justin is the older one ?

2) there was a fic where justin woke up in some country in a bathtub with his kidney or something removed and brian was a cop with tattoos and he took justins case ? Justin was also a prostitute ,i think he was 16

for number 1. Try 'Basements' (http://qafvault.com/basementsprologue.htm) by yoursweater. that's about as close to i've seen with justin being/acting older (as it's a bit of a badboy!justin fic if i recall correctly).
HS au's with justin older tend to put him as a teacher.
