Trying to get accepted into Bjfic. Anyone know about bloodyrose82

I want to join the Bjfic community. The Mod, bloodyrose82, has not posted since July 2011. Does this mean I'm out of luck getting accepted as a member? Does anyone know bloodyrose82 is still,around?

I don't mind the question, but a subject line to do with the question would be appreciated. "Question about joining bjfic" or "Status of bloodyrose82?" or something like that, you know.

Just because she doesn't post doesn't mean she might not still be approving members. Have you actually tried to join yet?

I've also wondered about this. I've written twice over the last year asking to approved and have yet to hear anything. If anyone has any info, I'd also be interested.

I've had the same issue with both BJFic and theconservatory, I've been trying to join both for months to no avail. theconservatory states that the requests are checked every other day? As for BJFic, I'm as in the dark as you are.

Is your birthdate, including year, on your profile page? Have you friended the journal? Maybe PM the LJ or Plum directly to ask why you're not getting friended back. You need to be reading Maintenance. I just caught up on the last 2/3 and it's gotten awfully interesting the past 20 posts or so.

I managed to join bjfic at some point last year. I think it was at towards the end of last year? Don't know when exactly my membership was accepted but looks like someone is approving the requests.
