Secret relationship

Hi everyone,
While reading Broken Image by Susan K. James and NJPax, I suddenly, well not so suddenly, had a wish to read about Brian and Justin having a secret relationship and being found at the hospital. It can be post-Ethan, post-5.13 or even completely AU.
So if anyone knows some recs, please share :D

Authors Notes: I was thinking about the fact that Brian was able to hide his cancer from his 'family' for an awfully long time. That got me to wondering what else he might be able to hide from them, and why he would want to do so.


My Note: In this one the family/gang knows of Justin because he works for Kinnetik but they don't know that Brian and Justin have a relationship and are partners/married but they find out when Brian is in the hospital.
