Secret relationship

Hi everyone,
While reading Broken Image by Susan K. James and NJPax, I suddenly, well not so suddenly, had a wish to read about Brian and Justin having a secret relationship and being found at the hospital. It can be post-Ethan, post-5.13 or even completely AU.
So if anyone knows some recs, please share :D

Do you need their relationship to be discovered by others only in the hospital? I know one great fic, it's AU, and B/J are dating each other in secret. It's called When I'm With You by way_to_the_end . I don't think people find out about them in the hospital, but they *do* find out in the second half of the story. I don't know about the link, maybe you should just google it, but if you can't find it, you can PM me your email and I'll send it to you :)

There is also Something More by Carly http://www.mags-nificent.com/MSW/CF/SM.htm - B/J hide their relationship, but soon people find out. Not in the hospital either, though. But still, there is a secret-relationship aspect there, and these are two fantastic stories :)
