German, French QAF stories; 'Celebreality' by 1daftpunk

Hi, everyone! I had this idea for a while, and I decided to ask people here about it, because it seems no matter what the question is, someone will always answer. I'm studying German and French, and the best way for me to do it is through books and movies. I've learned English the same way, so I know that it really works. So, my question is - are there some QAF fans from Germany or/and France here? If there are, could you please suggest great multi-chaptered stories in your language? I love everything except severe fluff and Saint Brian - and stories with bad endings. So, maybe you could recommend something?

And, my second question - does anyone know how often 1daftpunk updates the list of readers? I've been dying to read 'Celebreality' for some time, I wrote to the author (and a few other people who might have the information) last month, but didn't get an answer. I checked all tags here and in other places, but everything was in vane. So, I guess I just wanted to know, maybe someone has this story and can send it to me? I'm not sure what author's position about all this is - as far as I understood, the story is locked because 1daftpunk was concerned the reader might turn out to be a troll who could steal some parts of the journal. I definitely do not have any bad intentions - in my journal I provided a link to my MW account, so everyone could see I'm just an interested reader:) Maybe I should just wait patiently for the author to return, but when I hear about some long story and have no access to it, I become sort of obsessed, so I decided to ask just in case :D

No good news on 'Celebreality' - I still hope someone has this story and maybe can send it to me and other people in comments who've been waiting for such a long time.

There aren't many but is a start :).

'Celebreality' is still a WIP. Some time ago 1daftpunk updated his journal saying that he is going to finish the story. I was like you when I first entered the community, because like you I'm only an avid reader.I was dying to read no only 'Celebreality' but his RPS " Live through this" as well. So I wrote to him explaining that I was not a writer but a reader and that I would like to read his stories. After a while he friended me back. So have faith and patience and maybe he will friend you. All of his stories are worthy.

Hi! I peeked through our "foreign language fics or translations" tag (which I'm sure no one knows we have, don't worry lol) and found a couple of things :)

Link to Test of Fidelity by hamsterfan (http://www.fanfiktion.de/s/46e167f1000064120650a411/1/Der-Treuetest) in German. Also, if you click on the "Queer As Folk (US)" link there, it will bring up lots more German fics.

And there is also the qaf_translated comm! Doesn't look like it's been active for a few years, but you can click on "language: french" and "language: german" and bring up fics in those languages.

Soulmatejunkee wrote a really wonderful Post513 multi-capter Fic (You&Me series) and at least partially translated it into German (by the way, a highly recommended Fic in any language). Mayby you can contact her.
