Kip Thomas hurts Brian with a shot in the Ryder agency. Still looking.

Seeing the post TTFBarnett I remembered a fic with another shooting at the advertising agency.
I remember a few facts:
1) - The agency is still Martin Ryder;
2) - The shooter is Kip Thomas;
3) - Brian is shot.
4) - Cynthia and Ryder are also shot and I think Ryder dies.
I do not remember other details.
I appreciate everyone's help.
