I found the beginning of this story (Moonlight) saved on my PDA but it only runs to two chapters. Justin suffers from XP, where his skin cannot tolerate UV from daylight. With Daphne's encouragement he ventures onto Liberty Avenue at night and encounters Brian.

Does anyone know if this story was ever completed anf, if so, where it is archived?

If it is then it hasn't been updated for quite a while now. There's still only two chapters. I'm not sure if I'm going to continue with it or not but if I do I think I might just do a major rewrite of the whole thing since I'm really not happy with it. I haven't really decided yet.

Well, you have my vote for continuing if you ever get the urge! I write myself and I know how difficult it is to continue when all the muses have fled.
