1. I'm looking for fics where Brian is very troubled (preferably as a teen or young adult) and is in a mental institution. Justin (or even Michael) meets him there. In fact, any fics where Brian is troubled/suicidal would be great.

2. Are there any fics out there where Brian ends up going to trial for Kip or John's sexual harassment accusations? Any other fics where Brian is on trial for a crime would be great.

I'm not sure how much help I'm going to be finding exactly what you are looking for. Most of the trial stuff I can think of have to do with getting custody of Gus or something similar or has something to do with Justin and Chris Hobbs. There is one that has Brian on trial against the Devil that was interesting.

There is one in reference to #1 where Brian kind of "zones out" of reality and he is sent/goes to an inpatient facility that's near the water. Justin lives down the beach. Brian sees him and is intrigued by him and eventually saves him from drowning which is the start of Brian healing. Of course, they fall in love. Sadly, I don't remember the name of it...I'll look around though

This Ashleigh story isn’t Brian having sex with a women or Brian in love with an OMC is it? I’m a little a lot gun shy when it comes to reading her fics. The first story of hers I read was QAF Fantasy Island and I liked that one but the second one I tried to read was the autistic Justin one and I couldn’t even finish the first part of the series. I kept running into stories that had Brian having sex with a woman or Brian is married to Molly and has a kid with her or Brian is in love with some other guy that isn’t Justin and if Justin is in Brian’s life he’s not the one he really loves, etc, etc, etc. I got so I was afraid to try anything else and have avoided most of her stories.

I want to read this one but only if it is a real Brian/Justin love each other story. LOL.
