Brian meets Justin on a bridge at New Years?

I can't remember the fic or author but Brian meets Justin in NY (after they had broken up) and he asks Justin to at least go to this bridge to watch the fireworks... they both go and they kiss and someone takes a photo which is shown to Justin's current b/f but Justin and Brian reignite their affair the wiser.
Please tell me the name of the fic and the writer, I remember loving it.
