Mel /Lindz killed in car accident and leaves gus to Justin

I am looking for a story where Mel/Lindz and Gus were in a car accident. They are killed and Gus survived. Justin has been a father figure to Gus his whole life and they leave Justin as his guardian. Brian does not have a part in Gus raising but returns and wants to raise Gus with Justin. I remember a scene where Brian tells justin that he will remove the girls Christmas tree and presents due to the accident happening before Christmas. Justin refuses to take Christmas away from Gus. Also, remember a scene where Brian starts caring for Justin and Gus tells him how to take him out on a date. I checked the Dead lesbian tag and could not find it.
Please help, I have been searching all day????????????

I'm not being helpful here, sorry. Just wrecking my brains because the fic I've definitely read as well is not on of the two that are mentioned here. Or maybe I'm mixing it all up in my head...
