Justin works as a cashier then applies for Kinnetik

So the plot goes something like this: Justin was working as a cashier and he was drawing in his freetime when he met Brian, who was impressed by his work and told him to not waste his talent.

I remember Justin mentioning that he already applied for 3 different places one of them is Kinnetik, and when Brian turns to leave he tells him that he should go for Kinnetik because it's the best. Also I remember there was a photoshopped picture that looked like a news article in each chapter and I hope I'm not mixing fics.
