Good-Joan or Good-Claire is Justin's housekeeper?

I only vaguely remember this fic. It's an AU in which professionally/financially successful Justin returns to Pittsburgh and buys a large house. He soon meets Claire, Joan, and/or Claire's sons and ends up hiring either Claire or Joan as a housekeeper.

Brian has been estranged from his family for years, but meets them again through Justin. He discovers that Joan regrets her mistakes, they make-up, and everyone lives happily ever after in a land of sunshine and rainbows! (Or something like that.)

Alternatively, can you recommend any fic in which Joan has seen the error of her ways and repairs her relationship with Brian?
