B/J's kid needs bone marrow from Gus

Looking for a fic...checked a couple tags already...in which Justin takes off and has a kid (yes, M-Preg) and she gets sick and needs bone marrow from Gus. Brian doesn't know about her at all until Justin brings her back for help
