Brian's Birthday/Justin's Bashing

I'm wondering if there are any fics that focus on/make mention of the fact that Justin was bashed on/close to Brian's birthday.  (I was never certain on the exact timing...was that all supposed to take place in the same day, or are we supposed to assume it's the next day?) 

Anyway, I'd really love to read something where Brian is reluctant to celebrate his birthday not just because he hates getting older and thinks birthdays are bullshit, but where he's also reminded of the bashing due to the proximity of the events.  I checked under the bashing tag, and couldn't find any kind of birthday tags.

I think the prom was a few days after Brian's birthday.

I've always thought that the prom was soon after Brian's birthday (next day perhaps) but definitely not the same day. Brian's scarfing happened on the same night as the Farewell Party for Michael, and Justin was at the party, so it couldn't have been the same night as the prom.

I do remember reading a fic in which on the (1st?) anniversary of the bashing, Brian and Justin go away for Brian's birthday/the anniversary without telling anyone beforehand. There's mention of only one or two of their friends remembering/being sensitive to it actually being the anniversary. I wish I could remember the fic for you.

I agree with mysid, Justin was at Michael's goodbuy party on the night Brian was scarfing.

If we want to be even more time specific, in the script of ep. 122 Brian's b-day was mentioned as written on the tombstone/birthday cake: 21 May 1971.It does not appear on the show.
