Justin breaks arm in NewYork

Hi, I've check most of the tags I think could have it but haven't been able to spot it. The things I remember about this story are, that it's set in an early season, Brian and Justin go to New York together, Justin is running away from someone Brian use to work with I think, then he is hit by a car. Debbie and Jennifer come to New York after it. And I think they decide to get married/ exchange rings.

I hope someone can help it's driving me crazy. And I hope I've done this all right, first time posting. Tell me if I've done something wrong. I couldn't add any tags. It just kept saying loading but wasn't loading.
