We have a b/j surgery (http://getithere.livejournal.com/tag/b%2Fj%20surgery) tag that's a good place to look. Some will be Brian having surgery, of course, but I'd guess two-thirds of them are Justin.

I have two 'Justin with cancer' stories (not death!fic) where Justin has the cancer surgically removed: White and the Colour Within (http://sapphire-3.livejournal.com/tag/the colour within) (testicular cancer) and it's sequel, Abide With Me (http://sapphire-3.livejournal.com/tag/abide with me) (the cancer metastasizes into prostate cancer).
