This Fic can be found in Across The Pond & it says that is not completed. A lot of stuff in ATP says "Not completed", but they are. Maybe some one else has the answer to that.

Hi, I just thought I'd let you know I have a longer version of this story...it's still incomplete, but the one I have ends with Justin at some club, and he and the guy he's with had gone to Vermont, or someplace, to get legally married. You can PM me about this if you want...
