Looking for 2 fics: MPREG fic and Brian shot fic

I'm looking for this MPREG fic and I can't remember anything about it except this one scene. Everyone is at dinner at Debs and I think Justin is pregnant and Brian announces he's going to be a father again and Lindsay (pleased she thinks Brian wants to have another baby with her) smiles and asks him if maybe he should ask her first before announcing it to everyone. And then he corrects her and says Justin's having his baby.

Also looking for another fic where I can also only remember one scene. Brian and justin are together and when they are coming out of woody's/babylon/or the loft Brian gets shot (in the stomach/shoulder???) by Ethan/or an ex of Justin's. (i think this fic was pretty long).

I've looked in the tags for both fics but couldn't find either one...unless I totally missed them.

Is it maybe A Precious Secret? but I don't really remember if there was such a dinner scene but here is all the mpreg stories I remember from midnight whispers

I just checked; none of those three have that scene, although "Little Ray of Sunshine" comes closest.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's on Midnight Whispers but I've been through the mpreg tags there and none of those stories are the one...so i'm thinking it wasn't tagged as an mpreg.

This is going to drive me crazy till I find it again! haha.

I'll throw a spanner in the works here and say I remember this scene -- but, I seem to remember that it wasn't mpreg, but b&j deciding to use a surrogate or adopt a baby.

The more I think about it, the more I think they were planning on surrogacy with Justin as the birth father.

I remember the scene (or dreaming up the scene!) because I don't like Lindsay, and always enjoy seeing her put in her place.

Wish I could remember more.

In No Regrets, the gang finds out Justin's pregnant at the hospital when he has complications, but they don't know Brian's the father. They find that out - again at the hospital - after Justin gives birth and Jack (a nice Jack) is there handing out "I'm a grandaddy" cigars, lol. No scene like that with Lindsay.

ETA: And then in the sequel she's just bitter and bitchy because Justin's pregnant again (Brian, too!) but Brian still won't give her any sperm.

Not sure about the sequel to the sequel.

For the second fic you are looking for try this one by Julesmonster. It isn't Justin and Brian coming out of Babylon but the rest of the gang cause Justin is studying. It is a season 1 story. The shooter is Chris Hobbs. If it isn't the one you are looking for it is still a good fic and fairly long.

In the story, Michael, Brian's "sister" Rena, and Mel all know that Lindsay is still in love with Brian. As wjsc99 said above, B/J decide to have a baby through surrogacy. The scene at the diner can be found in this chapter (http://www.midnightwhispers.ca/viewstory.php?sid=139&textsize=0&chapter=57). Brian, however, reveals that he and Justin are having the baby to Lindsay in a later scene.
