I don't think I've ever read any of her stories. Over at ATP on her page it says that none of them are completed. Could someone please let me know if her stories are complete before I go about starting any of them and getting invested in the plot. If they are complete which ones should I start reading?

Update: It seems that most of them are complete, they just don't indicate on the site that they are. netlagd gave a really good detailed list of the series that Hephaistion-Lo has posted.

A lot of the stories at ATP are 'incorrectly labeled'. I usually just skip to the bottom of the last chapter to see if there is a "The End" or if not, check that the last sentence or paragraph looks like it would be a good ending.

I believe several of hers are finished though.

I was just going to say waht kellydeer said. A lot of authors never clicked on the completed link when they finished their stories. Read away without fear.

I've read many of the stories on her page and the majority of them were finished. I think a couple of the story notes indicate if they are not. I liked "That Which Does Not Destroy Us, Makes Us Stronger".

Preface to your question:

There is a Rizabeau/Hephaistion-Lo fan fic group on Yahoo - however, you have to be approved to get in and the person(s) overseeing approving new members have been reported as being slow/unresponsive (no judgement here - just that's what folks report). Quite frankly, since there hasn't been new fic out of these authors in 7 years this is not necessarily surprising or unexpected.

However, one gem of the website is a file that has all of Hep-Lo's fics listed with associated posting numbers. For the most part all of these fics are on ATP in one manner or another. The holiday series is a bit confusing, because the 12 days of Christmas - which are part of it are posted separately. However, this will give you the guide you seek as to what is and isn't finished.

To my knowledge, the only fic that isn't finished is Justin (loosely based on Justine by the Marque de Sade). Chapter 10 is only available on Yahoo - but all earlier chapters are on ATP. But it is a WIP.

Below is an up-to-date list of my fics. Most are at ATP. Some are here at the group.

I've put message #s next to the ones that are posted here.

Go to the main messages part of this group and click on any message. You'll see to the left a narrow grey box that has sections called Home, Chat, Files, Photos, etc, listed.

Click on Files.

All of Rizabeau's fics are there--both in Word and text documents. Click on whichever one you want to read and the story will come up.

Also in files is a document that says Hephaistion-Lo's Stories. Click on it and the list will appear.

Stories with message #'s next to them can be found here at the group. Simply click on any message in the main messages section. In the upper right hand corner, there is a box with MSG# next to it. Simply type in the # of the fic you want and then click on GO. It will take you directly to the story.

II. Fics Posted at ATP

If you are unfamiliar with ATP(Across the Pond), use the following directions:

Go to ATP: www.qaf-fic.com

To the left of the screen, there is a list of places you can go. Click on: 'Fanfiction Archive'

At the top of the page, in the middle, there is a box with the word 'Authors' in it. Click on it.

On the new page, click on H.

On the next page, click on my name--Hephaistion-Lo.

A list of my stories available at ATP will appear.

Note that some of the stories have several chapters. When you click on a main title, a page will appear with all of the chapters in the story listed.

I posted this a few days ago in another post about Hephaistion-Lo’s Holiday Stories on ATP. I don’t know how to link back to that entry so I thought I’d repost it here since this is a post about her stories.


Each chapter is an individual stand alone story. I don't know why they are posted as chapters like this on ATP although they are all holiday related. Each one actually has their own title on her Yahoo group which is where I collected the stories from. Hopefully the list I typed up below will help you with the chapters.
