FOUND Daddy Justin of Twin Boys

Hi... i've read a bj fic waaaayyyyyy back about Justin being a dad of twin boys). he left pittsburg so brian tried to find him. anyway, brian was up for a surprise.... found out about the twins ( i think they're 2 years old.. maybe). oh well.. funny thing is that the twins know the people back in pittsburg coz of justin's sketches.    and best thing.. they call brian as "Daddy's Brian!" got any idea what fic this is? please help! thanks! There's a similar one where Justin has twins (a boy and a girl) with Melanie and due to circumstances he has to take care of them and leave Brian, but in the end they get together again.
It's the "Songs In The Key of Love" series by Rizabeau (there is also a series of sequels "Sugar Plum Fairies").
