220 Ethan AU Fiction / Brian wearing Rage Costume

First Request: I have checked the tags but I don't know if I'm looking for the right story or if it is a mix of two of them, it may be shorter than I recall and be just a one-shot but I could swear it's a long fic.

The story I'm looking for is canon up until the end of 220 and starts like this: Instead of Justin leaving the Rage party with Ethan (you know where he turns, looks back at Brian unmasked), well instead of leaving with Ethan, just outside the club he pushes Ethan away from him and leaves Babylon alone though Brian doesn't know this.
Justin wanders the streets for a little while, introspecting, and goes back to the loft and is in bed when Brian gets home. Brian is pretty drunk when he gets home, he and Justin argue and I think Justin goes to Daphne's and the next day Brian shows up at Daphne's while Justin is still sleeping and Daphne bitches at him but lets him in and Brian asks Justin to come home. (Now that last bit I'm a little unsure if that was in a different fic or not).

Request 2: Are there any like crack!fics where Brian actually wears the Rage costume? This I am asking because I couldn't find any (checked the tags) and if no one can produce one, then I want to write one. And I don't mean like "Rage/JT" fics, where he actually IS a superhero, just something funny of Brian Kinney actually wearing the suit.

(P.S. I am having issues with pages loading when logged in as galeandrandy, but it works just fine with this account, *sigh* is anyone else having LJ issues?)

Ah, so it isn't just me. I've had that exact thing happen to me MANY times, or I'll get emails teling me someone commented on something and it'll be a month or more late. Does that ever happen to you?

I had some difficulties with a lot of what I'd previously written for chapters 14 and 15. I ended up rewriting a whole lot of it and mostly wrote a fresh chapter 15 which is 30,000 words. I am now 1/2 way finished with 16. And am caught up with all the Sfumato scenes (3 that have yet to be posted) that go in between some of those chapters. I have one to write that will go after chapter 14. And then I'll finish 16. There is a total of 20 chapters and I think 10 Sfumato scenes total (or could be 8). As soon as I get to finishing 20 I will send it to be betad and begin posting again. I am hoping at that point I will post every other day. I would like to say 2 weeks?
Sorry for that long explanation I just want to assure you that I have been diligently working on it. I appreciate you reading it. :)

Almost every time I post here people have a hard time or can't find what I need, it depresses me so but I love this place so I always ask here. :( I think I've read too much fic and either aren't recalling it correctly or recall something that has long since been gone.)

I'm hopeful that shall change. No, it's not a 0current WIP or an old WIP because every work in progress I've ever liked, I know it's a WIP because I am forever burned by it being unfinished. LOL!

What are you doing awake at this ungodly hour? Go to sleep and get some rest. You realize I woke up talked to you then you went to bed and I'm still here?

Going to try to write some more of Credence 8 but I am thinking instead about Tenebrosity and that Sfumato scene we discussed that needs to be written. We shall see.

Accomplished Goals by SATURN fits most of the description you left for the first one. The only difference is the end. Justin leaves town after a little while and does not tell anyone where he is going. Brian tries to find him but with little luck. In the end Brian and Justin do end up together.

I convert them to PDF and then EPUB with Calibre. It's no big deal. I can do it in my sleep now. Downloading to the Nook is not as simple as the Kindle but I like the Nook better. I love being able to categorize the fics. I just added a Justin leaves with Ethan one and soon, Without Ethan. LOL.

I have to jump in here :)

Sandra, that story sounded really good, so I started to read it, and then when I looked back, I saw that it was written in 2002 - and NEVER finished. I don't know if it's the story, or my current state of mind, but I used up a lot of Kleenex, and cleared out my sinuses. She has 5 stories that she has started, and not one of them finished. This was sad, because she even wrote what was coming in the next few chapters. I wish authors wouldn't start so many different stories and not even finish one. (personal preference.)

The story ended with just Brian being told Justin was in the hospital. I'd love to continue reading it, if there is more someplace Other than "across the pond".

Lastly, Rory... I hope someone can find it. This one was so good. (Sandra... please post it if you find it in your Nook ;)

Are you talking about Acacia's fics? (Sorry, I'm loosing the overview.) All three stories in the 4shared file of hers are finished. (I just LOVE it, when there are the actual words 'The End' at the end of a fic. Makes things so much easier.)

Just wanted to say that I would LOVE to read a fic where Brian wears the Rage costume! Whether it has been written or not (I for one have never seen it) you should definitely write one of your own - fandom could probably handle more than one story about Brian in spandex!

I think you may be right. Though my issue is that if I write anything that has hints of what has been written before, I want to have read it so I can assure my idea is different. Honestly thought, I'm pretty nuts so my idea likely is different.

Oh yeah, Brian in spandex and elf Justin in tights might be some of my favorite kink, trumped possibly only by deaf/blind/mute fics. LOL!
