B/J exchange ring the night before Justin leaves to NY

First I have to say sorry if this fic actually in one of the tags but since I have a bad cold since 2 days ago the only tag that I can think of is b/j/rings/married/wedding/partners. And I can not find the story I've been looking for there.

The fic is about Justin and Brian decided to wear their rings or gad some sort of ceremony between them two on the night before Justin leaves for NY. In the morning brian found out that Justin didn't leave and said something like : "you broke your wedding vow already" or something like that to Justin. And Justin said he will go to NY but he'll wait until brian can go with him so they can look for places together. 
More or less that what I can remember now.
And it's not Laciudad's Feels Like A New Beginning.
