I don't know of any QaF fics set in Ancient Greece, but I do have one QaF fic that was inspired by reading Mary Renault's novels set in Ancient Greece, Hyakinthos (http://mysid.livejournal.com/100716.html).

There's one where Justin works in a quoin in Greece, in the 20's I think, and Brian meets him on a trip to Greece. But there's a bit more to it that that.

It's called "Home" and the author is Heather. Unfortunately, I don't have a working link and I can't get on the Moonshadow Tribe site, where I think it is, right now.
