Gus as a teenager

I´m looking for a multi-chapter fic I read some time ago.
All I remember is, that i was well written and that Gus was a teenager about 17 years old. He had quite some trouble with growing up and every now and then showed up at Brians place, because he had trouble with his moms.
At one point he accidentally took some drugs and ended up in hospital. I think he had an accident as well and he had a scar in his face, which he was very worried about.
I also don´t remember, if the story is finished or if it is a WIP.
Does anyone know, which fic that could be?

ETA: Re-read your request, this isn't the same fic. In this one, Gus and his boyfriend were in a car accident, the boyfriend died and Gus was injured. He goes to live with Brian and Justin in NY and suffers from PTSD and panic disorder.
