Debbie Passes away-Michael and Brian throw things

I know I should know this. I've read it a few times. I'm looking for the story where Debbie and Carl I think, are killed in a automobile crash, Micheal has to deal with Debbie's house. I think both Michael and Brian get drunk and start throwing the knick-knacks at the walls.

I will have to re-read it again and see if that is the one. I've read so much QAF fic over the years that I have them all jumbled in my head.
