220 Gap Fillers & Justin choosing Brian over Ethan at the Diner

Hey, I am looking for any 220 gapfillers with Brian/Justin, i have read alot of fics from Flame's gapfiller list already and was wondering if there are anymore out there, i don't mind canon or Au fics.

Secondly i remeber reading a fic or maybe it was a few fics (with the same theme) where in the Diner when Justin walks in on Brian and Ethan having a meeting, Justin chooses Brian or something along those lines. sorry its not much to go on, watching that (horrible) episode and a fic came to mind but can't remember what fic or fic it was!
