Justin sent to LA

Justin is sent to LA, to his Aunt (his mother's sister) to get him away from Brian. At first she's OK about it and sends him to a school where he meets a very tall black teenager and genius identical twins. Brian tries to send him a cell phone and his aunt confiscates it but Bri sends another which the janitor saves for him. eventually they are kidnapped and Justin saves the day.

I love this fic and can't find the title or the author.
