Brian in wheelchair

Okay I have been searching for this fic in memories but I can't find it.

It is a fic with Brian being in a wheelchair after an accident and Justin who moved in a loft down from Brian. Brian at first not nice to Justin but in the end Brian and Justin get together.

Does anyone know what this fic is called. I don't remember the name of the author who wrote this excellent story.
