Looking for s1 Brian/Emmett fic

I'm looking for a 105 gapfiller (I think), when Brian and Emmett are sitting at the diner after Ted and Michael have left. I'm not too sure of what happens in the story, but I think they end up fucking. (Great summary, I know.)

Oh, crud. I know I've read this one. It has the part where Emmett says "Don't touch me," and Brian says "You didn't mind last night," or something like that, right?
