Pardon me if this is old news, but does anyone know if bjfic.net is ever coming back online?

I think the site went down about 3+ years ago and from what I can tell it seems to be a very(very)long shot it will ever be back online. Every once in a while the site owner will pop back in and post indicating it will be up very soon. From the posts, the owner is having(or having) RL issues to deal with and that is why the site has been down for so long. It would be helpful if maybe someone else could take over the reins of the site but it doesn't appear that's an option. There were some really great stories on there that can't be found elsewhere.

First I thought you were kidding, then I've discovered you're not...bjfic.net is dead, the owner has teased us for two years saying "it'll come back asap!!!" but NEVER once she had ask for help or never once she had ask if someone would like to take over the reign of the site...on the contrary often when people kindly asked some news about the site she has been rude and cold, clearly by now she prefer the site defunct.

I'll never understand shit people like that:(, it seems to me she's doing on purpose, as someone has said "there are not enough shrinks on the earth", lol!

Not too long ago this subject was brought up and cael responded saying she was sorry that rl got in the way, but never gave an explanation of what was going on, or if she intended to bring bjfic.net back.

I'm fuzzy on what was said in that thread, Vlred might remember more. But I do know cael received money from some ppl to get the site running again.

It's a great loss and deception imo. I truly mourn the loss of that site. I 'broke cherry' there. lol. So to speak. It's where I read my first bj fanfic, and what inspired me to start writing my own fanfic. I'm truly saddened it's gone, but secretly hold out hope that it will come back one day.

Gina♥ I guess I'm a "little" more bitter than you about this long standing drama...and frankly I think that posts like this are only good to feed Cael's enormous ego, she has clearly showed us no intention at all to make bjfic.net come back...and then????? Who cares, really????
There are a lot of other good sites to go, sites that are NOT owned by liers ot thiefts like her:(, let us say: Cael who?????? Lol:)

I personally think the site is burnt toast and has been scraped into fandom's trashcan by whoever. It's the only explanation that makes any sense after donations, suggestions for free hosting, and other offers of help have all been ignored.

Well, except the donations cause they sure were accepted.

If she took the money but it wasn't enough, or she paid someone who didn't or couldn't save the site, tell us that too! Just f*cking tell us something!

It's just so strange why she won't let someone else run the site in her absence. It's a shame. I only find it really fustrating now when she posts an "update" which usually comes off insulting and/or snippy. It's like she's offended that some people care and want to help.

Well thats just fucked. I mean to take your money and not put it back up. What the heck did she do with he money? Well i have an announcement, my site www.fandomoverload.com which you guys can preview at www.freewebs.com/fandomoverload will be back up soon on its domain. It will be open for everyone. QAF will be a big part of it. I am talking icons wallpapers fanvids and of course fanfictions. I am all about keep the love for qaf alive. You can go to the freewebs link a preview the things. Oh good cause i am a ranter. I rant alot. oh yea i think i will launch it here. It was up for a whole year and only fans of my youtube station knew. I think ive been offed from that site three times. Folks think its crazy cause i got three thousand buffy fanvids made all by me and three hundred qaf ones crazy i know. i think i am on my fourth youtube account and not banned now cause i have no computer to post and the police station frown upon that site as well as the hospital so cant from work. Oh their is about thiry qaf vids up on that site. and totally different ones on my youtube channel fandomoverload2. Okay I'll shut up, its just that it is so dead here.....lol. Oh you have no idea why i am laughing. Im in a morgue.
