Looking for Fic

Ok, there is a fic I have been thinking about for a while. I cannot find it now. Justin and Brian and together and they have a son. Justin leaves his son and Brian when he meets someone new. Something happens and B and J end up sleeping together and Justin get pregnant. Brian loves him but doesn't want to get hurt again. Justin has problems with his pregnancy and Brian lets him move in with them during his pregnancy. They end up falling back in love with each other before the baby is born, but Brian is still scared. It has a happy ending. Anyone have a clue as to what I am blabbing about?
