Major Character Death!Brian

I feel like a broken record for requesting this again, but I'm hoping that someone else can help me find this story that is hunting my mind.

Brian dies in this fic. I know, I know, but hear me out.

After Brian dies he is given another chance to be happy and help Justin be happy, he (Justin) has been surviving but not really living.

He takes up residence in another man's body, who had been diagnosed as already dead but was very wealthy and kept alive in the hospital with machines.

oh, oh, also Gus and JR figure out that the man (who is now Brian)is actually Brian.

Please, please someone tell me that they know which fic I'm talking about.
