This is the only one that I can remember which fits your request. It took me a while to remember the author.

Check this one. Brian wakes up in the hospital and thinks he is Justin. Justin has to dress like Brian and go to work. Daph and Jennifer help him. Brian thinks Jennifer is his mother.
