Looking for fic exchange com

I hope this is okay to post here. I already went through the side-bar links to the various comms there but didn't see what I'm looking for, which is a community where people post story prompts for each other or requests for stories in gift exchanges. Does such a thing still exist, or am I just too late to the party?

Well, there's qaf_giftxchnge, but that's just used for Christmas Holiday season, I think.

Yep. Only for Christmas, and it's for more than fic. Banners, vids, whatever the person asks for.
