That's the Rage cover! The artists actually used this photo shoot to do the Rage cover and the standee of Rage in Michael's store. I know how you feel though! Wish this was from an actual episode! ~.^

They're called reference photos. Many illustrators
use them as models (Norman Rockwell most famously).
There were about five different poses by Gale and
Randy for the "Rage" comic book, including the
cover.
