Does anyone have any information about Gale Harold's family or current partners etc.

I know his a very private person but someone out there has to know something. A person in the spotlight can't keep all his private life hidden.

No, not really. lol I know an interviewer asked once (I think it was the Flaunt interview) but he wouldn't say. I always thought it had something to do with drugs...except he's a bigger pothead than Bill Maher. rotfl So, when I think of it, or see it, I think to myself that it means RESIST negativity, or giving up.

Where does these rumors originate from that he is a major pothead? Because he admitted in an interview that he lit up before it? And I read somewhere, that he drank whiskey in coffee cups during DVD signings? Is there any truth in it?

No idea about the whiskey during DVD signings, I didn't/don't follow Gale, only when he's on tv...at least, I stopped following his every move around the time he did Vanished. As far as the pothead thing goes, it's kind of a not-secret secret. Can't point you towards anything specific. Others may be able to. I do know that Hal has said it several times, although a lot of people dismiss that as this hate/hate thing that Hal has for Gale.

While I would never divulge any personal/family info I've been privileged to hear about Gale, I CAN share this tidbit: When Gale and Peter were in the Bay Area for the first DVD signing, they made 2 appearances. The second was in a Best Buy store in Milpitas, of all places. Anyway, "the boys" took what an announcer called "a potty break," and later one of the salesmen divulged to a few of us that Gale and Peter spent their time in the bathroom sharing a joint. They were both quite jolly that day.

It's my opinion that part of Gale's "reputation" for being stoned can be blamed on his sometimes-rambling, almost incoherent early interviews. Whether that was related to use of pot, or just Gale's rather unique personality, who can say?

To be fair, marijuana is legal (with a license) in California (and Colorado! State pride! XD). Also, celebrities smoking pot is totally common. Smart celebrities can safely smoke pot and avoid all the negative health effects of other drugs. (Well, then there's acid and mushrooms, but we don't need to go there...) I DIGRESS. My point is, I would bet money he smokes weed. And OH. MY. GOD. If I could only smoke Gale up ONE TIME. JUST. ONE. TIME. C'MONNNNNN. Would be the best time ever. x.x
