Help needed to describe what is QAF about.

Hello.
I've been having some trouble to articulate what QAF is about for some people who have never heard about it and are not interested in tv series in general. It seems that I cannot grasp with words some aspects that make this show a unique one.
I badly need some of your thoughts input, please.

I´m not sure if this request fits into this community profile, though. I hope I'm not violating any rules.

I couldn't, or haven't, found the post I was looking for, but here is a good one that xie_xie_xie did. She did the other one, too, but I haven't been able to locate it.

It's about how she found the show, and what she loved about it. It's really funny, too, if you know Xie at all. Well...she's ALWAYS funny to me.
