I am looking for a fic where Brian is a priest. It is not With All Thy Saints He May Rejoice And I think he might live in the same apartment building as Justin. I think one day Justin sees Brian sitting at a park or on a bench. I know this is not much to go on but...

I think the story you're thinking of is by Dollparts, and it's called Absolution.
