I was hoping someone might be able to help me find a B+J fic that I've been scouring the net for for the past four weeks. I stupidly didn't bookmark it and it's been driving me crazy trying to look for it.

Brian and Justin get together before Brian is offered a job in NYC/becomes partner in the firm/ goes to open up another office branch in NYC for Kinnetic (I just know that NYC is somehow involved). He doesn't tell Justin until after he moves in with him and renovations are being done to the loft. I think Brian does this as a gift to him for Christmas or something, and he gives Justin blueprints that say 'Kinney-Taylor Household' and he tapes them up all over the loft. Brian ends up taking the New York job while the renovations are being done, and Justin is really hurt because he misses Brian and ends up leaving. There's some Gus interaction and I think some, 'I see Justin more than my daddy and therefore I think Justin's a better dad,' plot-things that go on. Brian comes back to the Pitts and Justin isn't living in the newly-renovated loft anymore, regret ensues, etc. I know it all sounds very vague, but I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out. Thank you.

That's 'I Honestly Love You' by Moonshadow Woman. What you describe is in the later part of the fic, chapters 4 & 5. Here's the link:

Thank you! I knew it was that author, but she has over fifty archived fics and it was taking me forever and a day to read them all. Much appreciated!
