Hi, I hope someone out there is familiar with this fic that has been running through my head. What I remember is that B/J was broken up and Justin had gone to Europe. Brian finds out he is back when he sees Justin and Jennifer at a restaurant; Brian is there with a client and I believe the client notices him staring at Justin and comments on how hot Justin is. Brian then quickly leaves the restaurant before Justin sees him and rushes home. There a line at this point that says something to the effect of how hard Brian's heart is beating from just seeing Justin again. I don't remember anything else after that. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Help, please and thank you...

ok, here's more of the plot so maybe someone else will come up with the fic, since my memory isn't cooperating. if this isn't the one you're thinking of, sorry.

Justin's partner in Paris died of AIDS which is why he came back to the Pitts. He sees Brian at the restaurant with the whole family, goes over to say hello and they are there for Brian's engagement dinner!! I wanna say that this is a sequel but just can't remember. I'm still thinking...

The story you're thinking about is A Lesson In Loving by Mouse, but from the description this person gave on the story they're looking for, this story doesn't sound like what they're looking for... though I could be wrong.

Thank you. I'm glad you knew the story I was talking about. On rereading the requested fic's description, I agree with you that the one I had in mind isn't the right one. The requested one still sounds sorta familiar, though.

this story sounds interesting but it isn't what I had in mind. as I said I don't remember the plot of the 'brian-sees-tanned-justin-in-a-restaurant-with-jenn' story. that is the only scene that's clear in my mind and brian was definitely there with only one other person. i'll check out the other story, but if anyone knows the one i'm talking about that would be great!
