I read No Regrets by Mesa who mentioned the fic but I can't find them.

You can download PDF's of Ardra's fics if you go to the More Lost Fics link in the right column.

And I think the mods will add the tags for you. Just change your subject line to show you found what you were looking for.

You are right Mesa's No Regrets is one of the best QAF fic I've read, but that one little foot note kept bugging me and I'm a sucker for long well written fic....
