Brian Finds His Extended Family

I'm in dire need of help. I'm looking for a fic where Brian and Justin goes to a cabin by the lake and Brian finds that a family living across from the lake is his extended family. It turns out that Joan came from this family. After talking to the family, Brian finds out that this family is wealthy and they want Brian to take over the family business since he is the only male relative alive.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
