Justin moves to Pitts after breaking up with an unfaithful boyfriend in New York

I am looking for a fic where Justin moves to the Pitts. He and Brian become involved and they don't realize Brian's client in New York is Justin's ex. Justin's good friend Nathan comes for an extended visit and everyone assumes he is gay but he is not. Nathan turns out to be wealthy and makes a large donation to The Vic Grassi House.
I hope that's enough to trigger someones memory.
