Looking for a post 513 fic where Brian opens a NY office and surprises Justin with it. I remember Justin thinking that Brian is renting the place (bottom of a townhouse) when in fact he bought the building.

I read something that sounds like this recently. It was the answer to the "Brian gives Mel a massage" query a few days ago. Justin thought he was getting to use a studio free by permission of the owner, but the owner turned out to be Brian, and he'd bought the 2-story space as their home/NY Kinnetik as a surprise.
